We are available to our customers, who have already booked, even after office hours:

Week days from 18:00 to about 23:30 

Weekends and holidays from 09:00 to about 23:30

  • If you have missed your flight, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can rebook the reservation for a later date

  • Your flight has been delayed until after midnight, we will inform the car rental company about your late arrival and you will receive the vehicle without any problems and can start your holiday journey
  • Language difficulties when collecting the vehicle
  • Booking forms have been left at home

  • Someone is unwell and you have to cancel the trip at short notice



The standby Mobile phone number is in your reservation documents (Direct Payment voucher / booking confirmation). One of our friendly colleagues will be glad to help after office hours.
